The Open Room is our modern take on a courtyard or garden escape—a space without walls, yet full of purpose.

2014 — Where It All Began
Rodney J. Bailey became a licensed real estate agent with a dream: to one day build homes that bring people together.
He quickly rose to success, earning recognition as a top-producing agent four years in a row.

2018 — The Birth of RJB&CO
Driven to empower others, Rodney formed RJB&CO, a team built on leadership, mentorship, and excellence.
The team became top-ranked two years in a row, known for its culture and performance, operating like a brokerage within a brokerage.

Bailey Homes was built on a foundation of deep industry knowledge and a bold vision for what new construction can be. With years of experience in real estate and design, we bring a fresh yet grounded perspective to every home we build.
2020 — Rising in the Face of Uncertainty
Amidst the challenges of the pandemic, Rodney purchased a real estate franchise with just 5 agents.
Through vision, hustle, and heart, he scaled it to 80 agents in under two years, fostering a space where agents could thrive.
2022 — Recognition & Growth
Rodney’s franchise was honored as the fastest-growing in the company, a reflection of his leadership, mentorship, and commitment to others.

2023 — A Dream Reignited
After 4.5 years of owning and growing a brokerage, Rodney felt called back to his original dream: becoming a developer.
